This issue was addressed by enforcing library validation on the affected binaries. This issue is fixed in Xcode 27. An app may be able to break out of its sandbox.

Remediation

1. Inventory every Apple Xcode deployment, including staging.
2. Upgrade Apple Xcode to 27.0.
3. Confirm the running version after the upgrade.
